Tropics Pork Siopao is a popular Filipino steamed bun filled with savory pork asado, a braised pork dish with a Cantonese influence. It's typically served as a snack or side dish and is also known as an indigenized version of the Cantonese char siu bao. The siopao is often served warm, and its soft, yeasty bun provides a delightful contrast to the tender, juicy pork filling.
