Frozen

All frozen goods are packed using insulated thermal packaging materials and multiple non-toxic, food-grade frozen gel ice packs to help maintain freshness during transit. We do our best to ensure that all perishable items are packed carefully and shipped as fresh as possible.

Please note that delivery times and shipping conditions may be affected by the courier. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to control delays or handling issues that may occur during transit.

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information may take some time to update on the USPS website. We recommend checking your tracking details periodically for the latest delivery status.

If your package is delayed, please contact the courier or visit the USPS website to inquire about the shipment and any available claim procedures.

Returns and Refunds for Frozen Items

For any concerns regarding frozen items or requests to return products, please contact us for instructions before shipping anything back to our warehouse.

If a return is authorized, please refreeze the products and ensure that they are securely packed in insulated thermal packaging with appropriate frozen gel ice packs to help preserve their condition during return transit.

All returned items must be inspected upon arrival at our warehouse. Refund eligibility will be determined after the inspection is completed.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship frozen items to the following states:

Alaska, Arizona, California, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington, Wyoming, and Colorado.

Please ensure that your shipping address is not located in any of the restricted states before placing an order for frozen products.
