WHITE KING HOT CAKE MIX CLASSIC 17.6 OZ

Not sure what Hotcakes are? Similar to pancakes but made thicker like waffles, they are great stacked and served with fruit, drizzled with honey or syrup.

Simple to make in a few easy steps:

• per 200g you will need:
• half cup water or milk.
• 2 tbsp melted butter/margarine.
• 1 egg beaten.

1. combine 200g hotcake mix, milk or water, butter/margarine and egg and mix.
2. pour about a quarter cup of batter onto a preheated lightly greased pan.
3. cook for about 1 minute turn once when bubbly.
